FlowPilot
Institutional process transformation

FlowPilot · Sahaza DEV

From paper files to clear, traceable workflows.

Banks · Insurance · Public administrations

Our vision

Banks, insurers and public administrations handle thousands of paper files and outdated approval chains. Sahaza DEV helps rethink these processes before automating them, so teams can focus on decisions rather than chasing paperwork.

Consulting first. Integration next.

Sahaza DEV combines process reengineering consulting with the integration of a highly secure automation engine, tailored to each institution’s requirements.

  1. 01

    Understand

Map existing workflows, identify bottlenecks and clarify business requirements.

  2. 02

    Redesign

Simplify approval chains, define responsibilities and design the target process with your teams.

  3. 03

    Integrate

Plan engine integration, connections to existing systems and security controls for the institutional deployment.

Available in FlowPilot

The current application demonstrates the core workflows used in a process transformation engagement.

  • Operations cockpit

Live counts of active and completed runs, open tasks and incidents; per-process breakdown and recent activity.

  • Process definitions

Create and deploy step-based workflows, inspect their diagrams and versions, suspend or reactivate definitions, and start runs with a business key and variables.

  • Human tasks and forms

Personal, group, open and completed task views; claim, release and complete tasks using text, number and yes/no fields, with access to the related run.

  • Automated steps and decisions

Service steps update variables; conditional branches route approval or rejection; in-app notifications can be marked as read.

  • Run management

Search and filter runs by state, inspect diagrams, variables and step history, edit variables, retry incidents or cancel a run.

  • Users and groups

Add or remove users, define their task groups, choose a working persona and restore the demo data.

  • Local saving

The demo opens with sample processes, runs and tasks. Your changes are saved only in this browser (local storage) and replace the demo data on this device; nothing is sent to a server.

  • Four languages

English, French, Spanish and Arabic, with right-to-left reading for Arabic and localized dates. The demo processes are translated too; data you enter stays as typed.

  • Demonstration workflows

Invoice approval, employee onboarding and expense claims: employee submission, manager approval or rejection, then finance notification inside the application.

Institutional security: a deployment requirement

This demonstration has no sign-in and the working persona is not an authenticated identity. Changes stay in this browser. Do not enter confidential files or personal data. A highly secure institutional deployment requires verified access controls, identity management, auditability and security validation; these protections are not implemented in this demonstration.

Scope: step-list modelling, not a graphical BPMN editor or the full Camunda platform. DMN decision tables, external system connectors and email alerts are not included. The sample workflows and users are demonstration data.
